🎙 I co-facilitated another 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 at a beautiful 100 year old CA State Library for 𝐂𝐀 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 in Sacramento.

💪🏼 I co-facilitated a 𝐂-𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 of a big tech firm 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐬𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 at a historic Fairmont Hotel in SF.

🏅 I 𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝 ~𝟓 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 + 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 and am planning for group coaching sessions in the fall.

📕 And yes, I wrote a book 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 and launched the 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧 for it!

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐲 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐧𝐨𝐰! Helping leaders and organizations learn how to feel well through emotional intelligence and be compassionate with one another while achieving great things.

It all started with 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: “𝐻𝑜𝑤 𝑚𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑡 𝐼 𝑐𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑡𝑒 𝑤𝑜𝑟𝑘 𝐼 𝑓𝑖𝑛𝑑 𝑠𝑜 𝑚𝑒𝑎𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔𝑓𝑢𝑙 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑤𝑜𝑟𝑘 𝑜𝑛 𝑖𝑡 𝑓𝑢𝑙𝑙-𝑡𝑖𝑚𝑒?” Then my 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 started; a journey of a long, convoluted and ambiguous process of many (seemingly random) experiments.
